KofeNot is a proprietary innovation. The product design and functional mechanics are Patent-Pending. The mark "KofeNot" and the slogan "Make laptop coffee shop friendly" are protected trademarks. Any unauthorized reproduction, "white-labeling" without consent, or intellectual property infringement will be pursued to the full extent of international law.
This means the buyer assumes title and risk of loss at the moment the goods are transferred to the carrier at our California facility. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance from the point of origin.
Orders are considered final once payment is processed. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on volume. As a minimalist company, we focus on precision and quality; however, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of California.
